Shipping and Delivery

  1. How long does shipping take/how long will it take to receive my product?
    • Local shipping usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  2. Where can you deliver to? Do you deliver internationally?
    • Fair Trade Egypt delivers to addresses all over Egypt. We currently do not ship internationally except for wholesale and B2B orders.
Returns and Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy?
    • You can return or exchange your order within 14 days from the date of receipt and be fully refunded (excluding shipping costs) as long as items are in good condition and you have a receipt with the returned item.

  1. Do you have a physical store?
    • We have two physical shops in Cairo, located in Zamalek and Heliopolis.
    • You can also find a selection of our products at the Grand Egyptian Museum and Fufa’s Concept Store at Arkan, Sheikh Zayed.

    • Yes, all our products are handcrafted by skilled Egyptian artisans, ensuring each piece is unique.

  1. Do I need an account to place an order?
    • No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and enjoy a faster checkout process in the future.
  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    • Cash, Visa, and credit cards are accepted.

  1. What are your shipping options?
    • Door-to-Door Shipping
      • The fastest option, including customs fees but fees are higher than the other two options. We usually recommend this for small or sample orders
    • Cargo Shipping
      • Delivery to the nearest airport is the quickest method, typically taking around 3-5 days depending on available flights. The cost is approximately 1000 Euros, excluding customs fees. You will need to have your agent at the airport to do the customs clearance
    • Less than Container Load (LCL) Shipping
      • The most economical option. This method involves shipping as part of a container and generally takes between 30 to 45 days. We can connect you with our customs agent in France to assist with customs and duties.
