Returns and Refunds

Please review and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact
If you receive a damaged item, please help us expedite the process by providing:
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Your order details
  • These details must be shared on the same day of delivery or the following day
  • We will provide you with the necessary return shipping instructions.
  • Please note that the customer will bear return shipping costs and will amount to EGP 100.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred via InstaPay or digital wallets.
  • All website orders, shipping inquiries, follow-ups, and return requests should be emailed to customer-care@fairtradeegypt.odoo.com to ensure proper tracking by our team.
